I decided to learn how to meditate and do it for at LEAST 15 minutes every day. Little did I know how hard it actually is to do!!
Studies have shown that meditation has many positive effects on how we live our lives, treat people, deal with problems, and care about our health. It's worth the time to learn how to meditate and do it on the daily.
I know I'm just learning but the first time I did it I had moments of pure "nothing" on my brain and it was an amazing feeling to be completely thoughtless!
