We are human. We get stressed. Shit happens.
The hardest part of the battle is figuring out how to handle it all, because as we all know, it wont go away. Stress is just a part of life.
I can say that at this point in time, I am currently stressed with multiple situations in my life. But I have to make the choice to not lose sleep over it, and to deal with it day by day. Most things we stress about cannot be fixed in one day. The easiest way to deal is to create a plan, stick to it, and not dwell on the situation.
And if you think about it, stress is a reminder that our life has value and importance. So, remember that when you you get stressed. It's a blessing in a way. That uncomfortable reminder that the choices we make are important so we should handle them carefully.
Endulge in stress. Make the best of it.
And just like DESSERTS, the more you share, the less you get of it.
